We can get pretty busy on the weekends and advise that you call us and book your mission ahead of time or use our contact form and someone will contact you to confirm. For all bookings we require a credit card which will only be charged in the event of a last minute cancellation (within 2 business days) or a no show. The cancellation fee is $50.00. Reservations will be held for 20 minutes, if you're late it will eat into your mission time. We recommend having your group arrive at the scheduled time provided.
Our rooms are designed to accommodate anywhere between 4-12 participants. We do not recommend or allow people to participate in small groups. Our facilities may required guests to participate in physical activity such as climbing and/or crawling. There is a strong use of lighting effects, noises, and electronics. For your safety, participation is prohibited to those with heart conditions, seizures, claustrophobia, anxiety disorders, pregnancy, or physical ailments which make walking or standing difficult. All participants must sign a waiver before participating in any of our missions. We have a zero tolerance for attempting to participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
